I now know it's not the environment that allows me to improve, it's what I do to improve.
I was like a vampire with no reflection in the mirror. Now I see myself. It's not the environment that allows that; it's us.
I'm worth something. I never heard that before in my whole life, let alone felt it.
This class is life altering, life exploring & life changing. This class lets you have control of yourself. Seeing myself now from the start of the class - I'm free.
My son says this
class is a miracle.

I learned a lot. I feel like a different person. Not as defensive. I was focusing on everyone else. Now I focus on myself with life skills to keep changing.
I'm grateful that I got the chance to go through this class. It's changed my life in lots of positive ways. The way you relate it & explainit made so much sense. It has made a big difference in my life & others are noticing the changes.
I'm a happier person to be around. I'm a lot more open. Now I have a healthy, supportive team:
my church, AA & my family's back. PS
I was wrong thinking I could do it on my own. I needed to know there were things, groups & people who could help.
My mom & dad need to be here to learn what I have: the difference between time-in & time-out and discipline & punishment. This class should be offered for grandparents, other care-givers and social workers.
Things are better between myself &
my sister & brother.
They see the changes in me.

This client stated that this class opened her eyes to other options. Social Worker KB
I learned to do things I didn't know about before.
It helped me to make hard decisions about my child.
